Heat Pump Water Heater Program
Upgrade to an energy-saving heat pump water heater and get up to $600 back with Clark Public Utilities' rebate. Lower bills, more efficiency.
Hot water is one of the biggest energy costs in most homes—but upgrading to a heat pump water heater can make a major difference. With Clark Public Utilities' rebate program, you can receive up to $600 back when you replace your old electric water heater with a qualified, ENERGY STAR® certified model.
Heat pump water heaters use advanced technology to extract heat from the surrounding air and transfer it to the water tank—making them up to 3 times more efficient than traditional electric models. That means big savings on your utility bills and a faster return on investment.
At HVA Climate Control, we help you select the right unit, install it professionally, and ensure it meets all the requirements for the rebate.
Program Details:
- $300–$600 rebate depending on system size and energy rating
- Must replace an electric resistance water heater (tank-style)
- Unit must be ENERGY STAR® certified and listed on BPA Qualified Products List
- Home must be electrically heated and located in Clark County
- Limited to existing homes (not new construction)
Whether you're upgrading for efficiency or your current tank is nearing the end of its life, this program is a smart way to save. Plus, heat pump water heaters typically come with built-in smart features, longer warranties, and quieter operation.
Our team handles the full process—from helping you choose a qualifying unit to ensuring the paperwork is submitted correctly. All you have to do is enjoy long-term savings and reliable hot water.
